Assalamualaikum ! Hello ! I am very sure that everyone in this world want to keep their bodies healthy and today , I want to share some tips on how to get a healthy body . There are :-

* Eat a balanced diet
* Exercise regularly
* Take supplement and vitamins
* Get a enough sleep
* Always think positive
* Always smile
* Relax your body and mind

A balanced diet is very important in order to get a healthy body . Other than that , a balanced diet also can avoid the cronic diseases like Obesity , Diabetis , Cardiac problems and so on . Next , you must exercise at least  times in a week . Supplements and vitamins are important to give the supplementary nutrients for your body . Refresh your mind with positive thinking and always smile !
